These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ShearStack, a barbershop management and appointment booking platform. By using ShearStack, you agree to these terms.

SMS Notification Program

Program name: ShearStack SMS Notifications

Description: When you book an appointment through ShearStack, you may receive transactional SMS messages including booking confirmations and appointment reminders. These messages are sent on behalf of the barber or shop you booked with via the ShearStack platform.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–2 messages per appointment — one booking confirmation and one optional reminder before your appointment.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ShearStack does not charge for SMS messages.

Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time.

• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any ShearStack SMS. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• For help or more information, reply HELP to any ShearStack SMS or contact us directly at the address below.
